Tater Tot Breakfast Bake
Ingredients:
30 oz. bag of frozen tator tots
1.5 lb breakfast Sausage, Browned
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
(2) 5 ounce bars of Wisconsin Grader's Reserve, 5 Year Aged Cheddar Cheese, shredded
8 Eggs
2 cups Milk
Suggestion:
For more flavor, add onions, green peppers, etc.
Cooking Directions:
Evenly place tater tots, sausage & cheese into a greased 9x13 pan.
Whisk eggs & remaining ingredients together and then pour over the top of tater tots mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes. Let cool 10 min.
Cooks Note:
DO NOT cover in foil as it will take loner to bake.
