Horseradish Cheddar Beer Cheese Dip
Ingredients
:
3 ounce bacon bits
(1) 8 ounce Wisconsin cream cheese, softened or 8 oz. Neufchatel Cheese
1 cup FINELY shredded (2 oz.) Wisconsin Grader's Reserve, 5 year Aged Cheddar [about half of bar]
1 cup FINELY shredded (2 oz.) Wisconsin Grader's Reserve, 7 Year Aged Cheddar [about half of bar]
[Share remaining Wisconsin Grader's Reserve Cheddar with favorite human(s)]
1/2 tablespoon sweet paprika
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 to 3 ounces Pale Ale (HINTERLAND-Green Bay, WI or
INDIA IPA PALE ALE)
Cooking Directions:
In large bowl of stand mixer, beat bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, paprika and horseradish with paddle attachment until creamy. Slowly add pale ale until desired spreadable consistency. Serve with pretzels or crackers.
