Corn and Cheddar Dip

Ingredients:
1 can sweet yellow corn, drained
2 cans of 11 ounce Mexicorn, drained
(2) 5 ounce bars of shredded Wisconsin Grader's Reserve 5 Year-Aged Cheddar Cheese
{OR for more flavor add 1 bar ea. of 5 yr. & 7 yr. Wisconsin Grader's Reserve Aged Cheddars}
1 cup mayonnaise 
1 cup sour cream
Handful of green onions, chopped (to taste)
Handful of cilantro, chopped (to taste) (optional but highly suggested) 
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Cayenne pepper, to taste

Cooking Directions:
  • Mix all of the above ingredients by hand & refrigerate. 
Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks or Frito Scoops.
